It occupies part of an old building and is a unique, tasteful and stylish blend of the old and the new – clean lines, open spaces and almost minimalist décor, are combined with traditional wooden furniture and local Malayali design concepts. There is a large sitting / dining room and a ‘hanging’ mezzanine floor replete with deep cushions and daybeds. There are 3 excellent bedrooms and bathrooms, along with an intimate outside sitting area on the first floor and a small, shady swimming pool downstairs, leading off from a pretty courtyard. An extension of 5 rooms in the adjoining building is being planned.
